Well Nerdy you asked for a strap-on and the show provided👺 About the wedding ceremony, I was super confused about that as well but I believe seeing Akemi in the all white kimono was her wedding outfit and the horrid dinner was the wedding celebration. I understand that the showrunners wanted to keep this show tight but it would’ve been nice to have had a ceremonial scene in there for clarification. The thing that really stands out about this show is that everyone has their own motivations this isn’t just the Mizu show. It’s great going back and watching episodes for a second (and third😊) time because you realize Akemi’s dad probably made his deal with those two advisors when they came with the marriage proposal.

it's amazing how much of a character study person you are when watching a show or a movie, but a total plot person when reading.

The awkward conversation is like an easter egg for the type of out-of-the-blue relationship conversations you have in the game with companions, you go from someone liking you hacking a computer, to suddenly sleeping together with 2 or 3 exchanges of dialogue,...you can even end up sleeping with a robot in the Far Harbour DLC by being a little too friendly in conversation.

Indeed, you are not short. You're an inch short that the average actress which at 5.5 is 1 inch above the national average these days. As an accredited Film Historian I get to study things like that because they interest me. A mere 25 years ago, the average female actress was 5.10. So the average went down quite a bit. What I don't know is if they did that to give shorter actresses more jobs, or shorter men like Tom Cruise who is 5.7. Next to an actress like say Sigourney Weaver who is 5.11 he'd look ridiculous or would need a box to stand on as the male actor most often has to taller.

Maximus IS intelligent, he just has a VERY specific knowledge base, centered around just the specific things the Brotherhoods upper echelon wants their rank and file to know. Presumably, as you climb the ranks, ESPECIALLY if you're on the Cleric, rather than the Knight, side of things, you gain access to more and more knowledge, but it's still very much a CONTROLLED access, doled out by those higher in rank than you. I thought the show did an EXTREMELY good job of showing both Maximus and Lucys specific strengths and weaknesses. A lot of them aren't apparent until you've watched the show a few times (or watched a shitton of reactions), but they're definitely there. That's what pisses me off so much about the people shitting on the show after watching just an episode or two, or only watching it through once. It gets SO much deeper, and exponentially better, on repeated viewings. Though, I do blame Amazon partly for that. If they'd released it on a weekly schedule, that would have given people time to digest each episode, given reactors and breakdown channels a chance to pull it apart, and just generally allowed it to breathe. While my inner Fallout fanboi LOVED being able to binge it, it still would have been a better overall experience to have it parsed out over a couple months.

Don't skip to it, Nerdy, but when you reach New Vegas, after you finish the main quest, there's an amazingly fun mod for a fresh playthrough. It's called Who Vegas, and it let's you find, learn to control, and adventure in your own TARDIS. There's a Christmas Special and everything.

Maximus is street smart where as lucy is intellectual but naive. Its easy to say stuff like he seems clueless, but he also pegged those two people on the bridge as dangerous and dispatched them both while Lucy stood there looking confused.
